Qualifications and Skills/Capabilities Required
• University degree (BSc. Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics or BSc Construction Technology and Management.
• Professional and or Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
• Preparation and pricing of Bills of Quantities, work programmes, Contract Administration
• Ability to supervise construction workers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to manage client relationship and identify opportunity for new contracts.
• Skilled in bidding process and contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Ability to develop pricing structure and preparation of BOQ for prospective works.
