Position : Quality Assurance Manager – Ashanti, Volta, Greater Accra, Central
We seek a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance specialist’s responsibilities include developing and implementing policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary to continue a business life cycle. The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of our business.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating training materials and operating manuals.
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
- Ensure all legal standards are met
- Review current standards and policies.

- Degree preferred.
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.

- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
