We are looking for a QHSE Manager to develop, implement, and manage all programs and activities relevant to the Integrated Management System (IMS) encompassing Quality (ISO 9001:2015 standard), Health and Safety (ISO45001:2018 standard), and the Environmental (ISO 14001:2015) whilst adhering to QHSE standards, responsibilities policies, and procedures. The QHSE Manager must also comply with the responsibilities detailed in the IMS manual.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Ensure comprehensive risk assessments are in place for all activities with significant hazards and foreseeable risks. Guide the completion of risk assessments.
• Compliance: Act as a point of contact with all enforcement agencies and monitor business compliance with legal (and other) requirements via day-to-day duties.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the safety and logistics team by providing training and support as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Address any issues or concerns from customers regarding safety
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international regulations, including Mincom regulations.
• Reporting: prepare regular reports on all accidents, incidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental breaches to determine root cause and implement corrective and preventive measures Ensure all reports are collated to generate comprehensive statistics and maintain accurate records.
• Communication: Promote a culture of QHSE awareness and responsibility amongst employees. Ensure that information related to safety, quality, and environmental issues is effectively communicated throughout the organization.
