Position : Production Manager – Ashalaja-Amasaman
We are a new sachet water company dedicated to providing affordable and safe drinking water to our customers. As we prepare for our launch, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and manage daily sachet water production operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of water treatment, sachet sealing, and packaging machines.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff for optimal productivity.
- Conduct regular checks on water quality and ensure standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the plant.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the sachet or bottled water industry.
- Strong knowledge of water purification and sachet packaging processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in production environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
