Product Manager At REMOTEBASE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Product manager you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Planning: Conduct market research, collaborate with teams, and define target market positioning and value proposition for new and existing products.
• New Product Development: Lead end to end product development, from ideation to commercialization, collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Product Optimization: Analyze product performance, gather customer insights, and implement strategies to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
• Product Management and Execution: Develop project plans, oversee packaging compliance, and work with suppliers for sourcing high quality materials.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Atleast 5 years of proven experience as a Product manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pet food industryor consumer packaged goods.
• Strong knowledge of new product development processes, market research, and product optimization strategies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment and excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Proficincy in Microsoft Office Suite product management software and other marketing tools.
