We are seeking a Poultry Farm Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing the daily management of poultry farm activities, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of biosecurity and hygiene in a dynamic agricultural environment.
Missions:

• Develop and coordinate the planning and management of feed supplies, vaccination schedules, medication administration, and other essential farm inputs to optimize productivity and animal health.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate farm workers to ensure strict adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
• Oversee daily poultry farm operations, including brooding, feeding, vaccination programs, and growth monitoring to ensure optimal development and performance of the flock.
• Implement and monitor biosecurity measures, hygiene standards, and health protocols across the farm to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure animal welfare.
• Conduct regular health assessments of birds, identify early signs of disease, and coordinate veterinary interventions when necessary to mitigate health risks.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive records of production metrics, mortality rates, feed consumption, and sales data for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Manage inventory levels, oversee budgeting processes, control operational costs, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve production targets, identify efficiency improvements, and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and regulatory guidelines to uphold farm integrity and sustainability.
