Position : Plant Pole Producer – Accra
We are seeking two energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Plant Pole Producers. In this role, you will play a critical part in manufacturing high-quality plant poles that meet our strict standards and specifications.
As a key member of our production team, your primary responsibility will be ensuring efficient and consistent output while maintaining safety and quality at all times. Production of Plant Poles
- Produce plant poles according to predefined standards, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure each pole meets size, durability, and structural requirements before moving it to the next stage.
Meeting Daily Production Targets
- Work efficiently to achieve daily production quotas without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address any challenges affecting productivity.
Workspace Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly inspect equipment and tools for proper functioning; report issues promptly.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to streamline production processes and resolve bottlenecks.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and reducing waste during production.
Adherence to Safety Protocols
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures when operating machinery or handling materials.
- Wear protective gear at all times while performing duties.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance your capabilities.

Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Educational Background; Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical Stamina
- Must possess sufficient physical strength and endurance to perform repetitive tasks and work long hours if necessary.
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to follow precise instructions and adhere strictly to production standards.

Working Conditions
Work Schedule
- Workdays : Monday to Saturday.
- Work Hours : 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (6 hours/day).
Training Period
- New hires will undergo a one-week training programme to familiarise themselves with the production process, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Training stipend: GHS 200/week .
Assessment Test
- At the end of the training period, a practical assessment test will be conducted to evaluate your understanding and application of learned skills. Successful completion of the test is required for permanent employment.
Compensation
- Monthly Salary : GHS 1,000/month upon successful employment.
- Additional benefits include:

- Immediate start date upon selection and clearance of the training/test phase.
