Position : Mechanical Engineer – Ashanti, Volta, Greater Accra, Central
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for working on all stages of our production cycles, from research and design to manufacturing, installation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities :
1. Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement).
2. Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
3. Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
4. Conduct experiments methodically, analyse data and interpret results.
5. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems.
6. Estimate the budget and scope of the project.
7. Solicit observations from operators.
8. Ensuring that products meet compliance regulations.
9. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.
10. Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
11. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records.

1. Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.
2. Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).
3. Ability to run simulations and analyse test data.
4. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
5. Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Creativity and analytical skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
