Job Summary
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery used in the production process. This role ensures operational efficiency, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for efficient production.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to improve system performance and productivity.
• Ensure all machinery complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
• Assist in equipment installation, calibration, and commissioning.
• Evaluate and recommend mechanical upgrades or replacements.
• Train machine operators and technicians on equipment handling, safety, and maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
