Position : Marketing Officer – Accra
About the Role
Terrific Scientific Busters (TSB) is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Officer to help grow our exciting STEM education and children’s entertainment business in Ghana.
A key focus of this role will be promoting and growing our Science Party business, helping us reach more parents, children’s venues, event planners and organisations looking for a fun, exciting and educational experience for children. Another part of your role will be to help build partnerships with schools for our after school club.
Key Responsibilities
Science Party Marketing
- Promote TSB Science Parties to parents, families and event planners.
- Generate and follow up party enquiries and help convert enquiries into bookings.
- Build relationships with children’s party venues, event planners and other potential referral partners.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase science-party bookings.
Social Media & Content
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
- Produce posts, reels, promotional graphics and videos showcasing TSB’s science experiences.
- Respond to social-media enquiries and turn online interest into customers.
School & STEM Outreach
- Promote TSB’s interactive science shows, school demonstrations, STEM clubs, after -school club,workshops and science camps.
- Identify and contact potential schools and educational organisations.
- Develop relationships with schools and other relevant organisations.
Business Development
- Identify new marketing and partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with children’s businesses, venues, event companies and community organisations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.
- Provide weekly marketing and activity reports.

We are looking for a creative, confident and proactive Marketing Officer who is passionate about marketing, children’s activities and creating exciting experiences for families.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and energetic individual who can confidently promote Terrific Scientific Busters to parents, schools, event planners, children’s venues and potential business partners.
You should be comfortable using social media, WhatsApp, email and telephone communication to generate interest, build relationships and promote our services. You should also have the creativity to produce engaging content that makes parents excited about booking a TSB Science Party for their child.

Experience
Previous experience in marketing, sales, social media management, events, children’s entertainment, education or business development would be advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity and a genuine ability to market and sell.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and initiative to the TSB brand and help us make science parties a sought-after children’s entertainment experience in Ghana.
