Position : Logistics Specialist – Accra

We are looking for Logistics Specialist.
Responsibilities 
Monitoring Movements Related to Fixed Assets, Staff Transportation, Goods, and the Logistics Fleet



  • Plans, monitors, and ensures the quality of staff transportation services.
  • Implements and proposes new solutions for handling complaints and incidents related to staff transportation with service providers.
  • Ensures the application of processes related to movement tracking and fixed assets in collaboration with the general resources officer and the IT operations specialist.
  • Conducts fixed asset control as per the annual schedule, prepares reports, and follows up on corrective actions with stakeholders (General Resources Officer, IT Operations Specialist).
  • Proposes new solutions for optimizing processes related to movements and fixed assets.
  • Controls and monitors databases.
  • Ensures technology compliance on-site.
  • Manages, verifies compliance, and tracks the transfer of goods (between sites or externally) in coordination with service providers.
  • Leads annual inventories for the assigned site.
  • Suggests improvements to optimize the process of tracking and managing asset transfers.
  • Oversees the logistics fleet (vehicle registration projects, maintenance, servicing, etc.).

Managing Parcels

  • Handles and manages parcels (ensuring administrative compliance, delivery notes, etc.).
  • Estimates customs duties.

Overseeing WFH Management

  • Verifies the inputs shared by operational teams in the logistics database and generates provisions to ensure asset traceability and preservation.
  • Plans deliveries after receiving the list of employees eligible for WFH.
  • Prepares reports on WFH management activities.

Job Entry Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar position
