Ejadah is seeking vigilant and fully certified Lifeguards to join our soft services team across premier residential communities, high-rise luxury towers, and private leisure facilities in Dubai. You will ensure the safety and well-being of all swimming pool visitors, enforce pool regulations, execute emergency rescues, and maintain water sanitation standards in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Water Safety: Maintain continuous, uninterrupted visual surveillance over swimming pools and surrounding decks; anticipate risks and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Emergency Response & First Aid: Perform immediate water rescues, CPR, First Aid, and AED application when required; lead emergency response protocols until emergency medical services arrive.
• Pool Water Quality & Hygiene: Conduct routine chemical checks (pH, chlorine levels), monitor filtration systems, log readings daily, and immediately report water quality anomalies to the Facilities Manager.
• Facility Inspection: Perform daily pre-opening checks of pool decks, rescue equipment (buoys, hooks, first aid kits), and access gates to ensure all safety gear is operational.
• Customer Service & Incident Reporting: Maintain professional, polite communication with residents and guests; complete detailed incident report logs for any medical emergencies or rule violations.
