Lawyer At rural Bank 

A reputable rural Bank in the Ashanti Region requires the services of a Professional Legal Practitioner with the mandate to practice as a Lawyers in all areas of the profession within the jurisdiction of the republic of Ghana.

The services of the Lawyer shall include:

• To represent the bank in all cases referred for prosecution or defence in any judicial forum or court of law in Ghana
• To advise the bank on all matters of legal concern
• To attend meetings upon the invitation and request of the bank and offer legal advice on matters of legal nature

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant should be:

• A Qualified Ghanaian Solicitor with 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Licensed by the General Legal Council to practise Law in Ghana
• Resident in Ghana
• Between the age of 30 to 56 years and
• Expert in Credit (Lender and Borrowers) and Commercial Laws
