Position : Land Acquisition Specialist – Anywhere
Contract Position: Land Acquisition Specialist to acquire lands in Volta, Eastern, Ashanti, Central or Western Region, Ghana.
We are seeking a highly experienced and reliable Land Acquisition Specialist to identify 500 to 1,000 acres of land for lease in the Volta, Eastern, Ashanti, Central or Western Region of Ghana.
The ideal candidate must ensure the land meets the following criteria:
Key Requirements:
- The land must have a water source such as a river (not a stream) next to it or legal access to it for irrigation purposes.
- Must have proven experience in identifying large tracts of land suitable for cultivation.
- Should be well-connected with landowners in the area and able to facilitate negotiations.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and highly dependable in all dealings.
- Must have a strong understanding of Ghana’s land leasing laws and processes.
- The selected individual will work exclusively for our company during this contract—no dealings with other parties will be allowed.

- You should have experience with Land acquisition and knowledge about lands available in the area
- Must know how to approach and contact land owning Chiefs or families.
- Must be able to articulate the benefits that leasing of the land brings to the people in the community.
- Must be able to negotiate annual lease rate per acre.
- Must be able to work with Surveyors, Land owners and Land Commission to get the registration completed.
- A base salary will be provided and bonus will be paid after successfully signing the lease and registering the lease.
- Candidate will be considered for full time employment in the Farm based on interest, experience and qualifications.
