JOB DESCRIPTION
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, sweeping
floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials, ensuring
compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment needs, alerting
warehouse manager of low stock levels, overstock situations, or
potential stockouts to facilitate timely ordering and replenishment.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments,
documenting inventory movements, adjustments, and transfers in
inventory management systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, and labels for outgoing
shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, customer
requirements, and documentation standards.
• Provide support to warehouse staff and assist in training new hires on
warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and
company policies governing warehouse operations, ensuring
compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
