A reputable communications and advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Senior Media Buying Executive
Purpose of the Job
• The purpose of this role is to be responsible for creating and implementing effective media strategies that reach the target audience and drive business growth
Key responsibilities and duties
• Develop and implement strategic plans/buying strategies to generate more business for the company
• Operate as personnel to ensure that all campaigns initiation steps (TV,Radio, Press, OOH) are adhered to
• Negotiate and close all sales deals and handle complaints or objections from clients
• Follow up on media partners to ensure delivery in accordance with purchase orders
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues with speed by prioritizing concerns raised
• Monitor and ensure compliance on Media executions for client updates
• Handle media budget and ensure savings to the client
• Client and manage clients reconciliation of all executed media plans

• Ensure customers satisfaction is 99% in maintaining the company’s reputation
• Maintain professional relationships with media partners and ensure payments are remitted when due
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies or related field
• MBA in related field will be a plus
• 5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position with a reputable company
• Must be good in measurement, organizational and project management skills as well as leadership qualities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office operations and in the use of other enterprise
