The Role
• Support the Marketing Director and Pharmacist – Marketing Support to in driving brand growth, product marketing, campaigns and market development.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute marketing strategies, campaigns and approved initiatives
• Support brand management, product positioning and product launches
• Coordinate advertising, promotions, events and activations
• Lead digital and social media content development
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify opportunities
• Work with Sales to improve product visibility and market performance
• Collaborate with the Pharmacist on pharmaceutical and technical marketing content
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs and ROI
• Coordinate external agencies, media and creative partners
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, PR or related field
• Professional marketing certification is an advantage
• 5 to 8 years progressive marketing experience, preferably in brand/product or commercial marketing
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries strongly preferred
• Proven experience in brand management, product launches and marketing campaigns
• Strong digital marketing, social media and market research skills
