Job Vacancy For Security Guard At Confidential

A reputable company located at Spintex, Accra is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join its team. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, clients, and company assets across multiple locations.

THE ROLE

• Guard company premises and property to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, including entry and exit points.
• Monitor surveillance systems, CCTV and security alarms.
• Verify identification and log visitors and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and incident logs.
• Assist in enforcing safety and emergency procedures.

THE REQUISITE SKILLS

• Proven experience as a security guard.
• Strong observation skills and ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
• Sound understanding of security operations and procedures.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, with the stamina to patrol.
• High sense of integrity, honesty, and commitment to duty.

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of SHS certificate with ability to read and write good English.
• Working Experience: At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Applicants should live around Spintex and its environs.
