The role
• We are seeking a multitasking, beauty-obsessed Sales & social media representative to drive sales, engage customers and create compelling content. You will be the face of our brand, building, relationships and turning followers into loyal customers
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
• Respond to inquiries via social media DMs, comments and messaging aps (WhatsApp, Instagram etc) in a timely, friendly manner
• Guide customers through product selection, close sales and upsell/cross-sell where appropriate
• Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Order Management
• Accurately record and track orders using our software
• Coordinate with logistics/shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
Content Creation
• Create eye-catching social media content (posts, stories, reels) showcasing products, promotions and beauty tips
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and trends
• Engage followers through interactive content (polls, Q&A, user-generated content)
Market Insights
• Stay ahead of beauty trends and competitor activity to suggest new strategies
• Share customer feedback to improve product/services
Qualification Required & Experience
• 1+ years in sales, customer service or social media (beauty/fashion industry a plus)
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and WhatsApp
• Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing, graphic design)
• Organised with sharp attention to detail
• Self-driven, adaptable and passionate about beauty trends
• Computer literate
