Ridemycars is seeking to recruit IT Personnel.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network systems.
• Monitor system performance, security and data integrity
• Provide technical support to staff and end users
• Install, configure and update software and systems as needed
• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal IT solutions
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functional
• Collaborate with other teams to improve IT processes and system efficiency
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience in IT support, systems administration or network management (1 – 3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office, networking and cybersecurity basics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skill
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
