A Leading Infrastructure Development and Project Finance Institution is inviting applications from qualified professionals for the following position: Investment Analyst
Qualification Required & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
•Minimum of two (2) years prior work experience in infrastructure and/or project finance, including investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory or project development.
•Strong ability to build and maintain project finance models, including cash-flow projections, sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling.
•Experience in project and corporate valuation, drafting investment memoranda, and supporting deal processes.
•Ability to conduct industry, market and company research for investment decisionmaking.
•Experience supporting due diligence across financial, technical, commercial, legal and ESG workstreams.
•Ability to support project screening, pipeline management, investment reporting and preparation of project-related documents.
•Good communication, presentation, report-writing, project management and Microsoft Office/investment software skills.
