Role Summary
• Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the head, Risk Management would be responsible for leading the organization’s risk management framework, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to minimize or eliminate them
Qualification Required & Experience
Prioritised responsibilities of the Head, Risk Management include the following:
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, economics, law, business administration or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Relevant professional certification & membership (e.g. CFA, FRM, etc) in Ghana or abroad would be an added advantage
