Then this is your opportunity to champion the protection, promotion and sustainable management of Ghana’s invaluable heritage resources for future generations in the position of:
As Visionary Leader of the GHCT Team, you will ensure:
•Execution of the Strategic Plan
•Development and implementation of resource mobilisation and fundraising strategies to expand the Trust’s assets and program delivery capacity.
•Preparation and implementation of the annual budget and work plan
•Execution of programmes, grants and distributions mandated by the Trust Deed, in alignment with the key objectives of GHCT
•Achievement of year-on-year Key Performance indicators agreed with the Governing Board and key stakeholders
•Adequate engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders
Qualification Required & Experience
•At least, a Master’s degree
•A background in Social Sciences, Finance and Administration, Development Studies, or closely related discipline
•5 years post qualification working experience in a management role
•Proven results-orientation and stakeholder management ability
•Demonstrated success in resource mobilization and fundraising
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
