JOB DESCRIPTION
• Transcribes and enters data into the computer system
• Types information from various handwritten, typed, or other printed materials into the computer
• Reviews copy for accuracy, format, and spelling
• Confirms data in tables and lists with persons who prepared the material
• Records and maintains hard copy and electronic files
• Types correspondence and reports
• Provide training and guidance on data management practices
• Analyze and interpret data to support business decision-making
• Identify opportunities for improving data processes and systems
• Communicate data management objectives and progress to stakeholders
• Develop and implement data security measures
• Manage data lifecycle and ensure data archiving and disposal
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years professional experience
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• HND or higher
