Job Description:
• Investigating and analyzing delinquent accounts
• Developing and implementing recovery strategies
• Negotiating repayment plans
• Maintaining accurate records of all communication and actions taken
• Provide financial counseling and support to clients to help them improve their financial situation and ability to repay debts.
• Monitoring customer payment history and tracking complaint resolution.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A degree / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• Credit Management Experience
• Risk Management Experience
• Banking Experience
• Debt Recovery Experience
• Analytical Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Integrity and Discretion
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
