Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Planning and Performance: Translate commercial strategy into an integrated operating plan, leading target-setting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Field Operations and Capability Building: Oversee agent and merchant operations and POS distribution against KPIs, and set the commercial training and capability agenda.
• Governance and Leadership: Standardise processes, SOPs and controls, supervise functional leads, and manage budgets and cross-functional execution.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: 7+ years’ relevant experience, including 3+ years leading teams or programmes, in payments, telecoms or FMCG distribution; willingness to travel.
