Job Summary
• We are hiring a dedicated Chauffeur to provide full-time personal driving support to a Senior Executive.
• The driver will ensure all transportation needs are handled with the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, safety, and flexibility. The role demands reliability, excellent time management, and a polished personal presentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the assigned executive safely and punctually to and from meetings, appointments, airport runs, and personal engagements.
• Ensure the executive’s daily travel schedule is carefully followed and adapt quickly to any changes.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition; including cleanliness, fuel levels, regular servicing, and prompt repairs when necessary.
• Choose the safest and most time-efficient routes based on current road and traffic conditions.
• Practice absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding the executive’s activities, conversations, and plans.
• Provide assistance with minor errands or document handling when requested.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Stay readily available during working hours, with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or weekend assignments if necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
• Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Class C or higher).
• At least 4 years of experience as a dedicated Chauffeur for a corporate or high-profile individual.
• Strong familiarity with Accra and surrounding areas, including safe alternate routes.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle care and emergency handling.
• Outstanding punctuality, personal grooming, and presentation.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and loyalty.
• Good communication skills; ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physically fit, with the stamina to manage extended driving periods if needed.
