Our company is into Bulk Road Vehicle (BRV) Petroleum Tanker and Tailer operations. We are looking for results-oriented Transport and logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the Transportation Department and Tanker and Trailer Truck Drivers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Transport goods including petroleum products safety and efficiently to designed locations
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in proper working condition
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and vehicle maintenance
• Supervise maintenance of vehicles
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of ordinary level/middle school leaving certificate. High School Certificate (WASSCE/SSCE) or its equivalent
• Possession of valid Ghanaian driving license F with at least 5 years of experience in driving long heavy-duty trucks
• Strong knowledge of Ghana’s road network and traffic laws
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Good physical health and the ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary
• Ability to write and communicate in English
