Position : IT Consultant – Accra-Airport
We are seeking an exceptional IT Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft’s productivity and collaboration ecosystem. The successful candidate will join our team of specialists who deliver high-quality training, implementation support, and strategic guidance to our clients. This role requires not only technical proficiency across the Microsoft suite but also the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and adapt to diverse client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Loop, Planner, and Power BI
- Assess client needs and develop customized solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies
- Create detailed documentation and training materials for various technical proficiency levels
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex Microsoft software implementations
- Stay current with Microsoft’s product roadmaps, updates, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with our internal team to refine training methodologies and implementation strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their return on Microsoft investments
- Contribute to business development efforts by demonstrating technical excellence during client engagements

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience as an IT consultant, trainer, or similar role with a substantial focus on Microsoft technologies
- Demonstrated expertise across the Microsoft 365 suite, with particular depth in at least 3 of: Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Strong presentation and training skills with proven ability to adapt technical content to different audience levels
- Experience managing complex IT implementation projects from requirement gathering through delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred
- Experience with client-facing consulting in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience developing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Additional certifications in specialized Microsoft technologies
- Understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks
