
Position : Inventory and Admin Officer – Greater Accra, Spintex
We are looking for an Inventory and Admin Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate records of all telecom equipment, tools, and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of essential items.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to identify discrepancies and prevent losses.
- Implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of telecom materials.
- Track shipments and manage documentation for import/export processes.
- Work closely with field engineers to ensure they receive necessary equipment for site operations.

- Education: HND/BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in inventory management, administration, or a related role (preferably in the telecom or technology sector)
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of inventory management software is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
