Main Responsibilities:In compliance with safety and hygiene requirements, corporate social responsibility, business continuity, infrastructure availability, site compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring favourable working conditions for all staff, the Infrastructure and Facilities Technician:Ensures Building Maintenance and Upkeep

• Receives intervention requests and intervenes, with the help of an external service provider if necessary, to resolve incidents.
• Develops maintenance and equipment servicing programs for all sites while managing priorities and constraints.
• Ensures compliance with standards regarding heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electricity.
• Controls the quality of work performed by service providers.
• Manages relationships with maintenance service providers.
• Supports general services teams across sites.
• May perform simple interventions in electricity and plumbing.

Coordinates Renovation and Layout Works

• Consolidates needs assessments.
• Conducts feasibility studies within the scope of layout projects.
• Establishes project schedules according to priorities and constraints.
• Coordinates and monitors project progress, ensuring work execution aligns with specifications.
• Attends various site meetings (progress status, punch list clearance, acceptance, etc.).
• Raises alerts in case of delays or project malfunctions.
