A leading rural Bank located in Ashanti Region seeks to employ ICT Manager.

Job Description

• The person shall ensure the smooth running of the Bank’s Core Banking software
• The person shall supervise ICT staff
• The person shall provide support for users
• The person shall advise management on the best available option for its LAN and WAN
• The person shall spearhead end of day and end of year activities
• The personal shall be responsible for the management and safety of ICT infrastructure of the Bank
• The person shall attend meetings of the Board Sub-Committee on ICT and any other Committee as may be assigned
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of First Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related IT programmes. Master’s Degree in ICT related programmes will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position in the rural banking industry

Required Skills / Attributes

• Must have good knowledge about the Bank’s core banking software
• Must be able to manage classified information
• Must possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Reporting Line

• The person shall report to the Chief Executive Officer or his assigned Representative

Remuneration: Attractive compensation based on qualification and experience
