Position : Human Ressources Assistant – Accra

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Ressources Assistant to support our Human Resources team in the collection and management of data from HR audits. The primary responsibility of this role is to gather, verify, and organize HR-related information to ensure compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR administration, auditing, or data collection and should be comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:



  • Assist in data collection and documentation from HR audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organise and maintain HR records and reports for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Work closely with the HR team to retrieve, verify, and consolidate necessary information.
  • Ensure confidential handling of employee and organisational data.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, inconsistencies, or gaps in HR records.
  • Support the HR team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Training in HR compliance, labour laws, or audit procedures is beneficial.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support, HR administration, compliance, or data entry role.
  • Experience working with HR audits, compliance checks, or employee records management.
  • Prior involvement in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), payroll systems, or document management systems.
  • Experience handling large datasets and reporting HR metrics would be valuable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect discrepancies in data.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaborating with HR personnel.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring deadlines and accuracy in data collection.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • The role requires working 2 days per week (specific days to be agreed upon).
  • Contract-based position for a specified duration (renewable based on need and performance).
