Position : Human Resource Associate – Accra NewTown

We are looking for a Human Resource Associate who is passionate about people, highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance tracking, and administrative compliance. Key Responsibilities : 



  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, memos, and termination letters.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance review processes and track employee development goals.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed and updated.
  • Process HR-related invoices and expenses.
  • Generate HR reports as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, payroll, and compliance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR or administrative support roles.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • A team player who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute.
