Position : HR and Admin Specialist – Accra

We are looking for an HR and Admin Specialist.
Mission :



  • LifeNet International seeks to transform Ghanaian health facilities to provide quality, compassionate and sustainable care and save lives.

Job Purpose :

  • The Human Resource & administrative officer will provide the LifeNet team with appropriate management support to effectively implement program activities.

Responsibilities :
Human Resource management

  • Develop policies and procedures for the management of human resources in LifeNet and ensure their operationalization
  • Provide advice and consultation to staff regarding human resource policies and procedures and disciplinary issues
  • Provide support on operational and HR management procedures

Office Administration

  • Oversee the efficient administration of LifeNet office daily operational activities: security, utilities etc
  • Liase with finance to ensure effective budget planning and expenditure
  • Coordinate the approval of funding requests from program staff and follow up with finance for disbursement
  • Provide leadership and support the activities of other administrative & support staff

Contracts administration

  • Ensure Health facilities partners have updated MOUs with LifeNet International
  • Coordinate MOUs covering the supply and use of medical Equipment at partner health facilities
  • Oversee contracts administration and management of facilitators, peer evaluators, and other temporal professionals hired for LifeNet international business

Assistance with engagement

  • Support the development of fund-raising proposals and periodic donor reports.

Required profile for job ad : HR and Admin Specialist – Accra

  • Minimum Masters degree (MBA / MA / MSC) with specialization in HR or Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in institutional management & administration.
  • Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft excel & other accounting software
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
