Position : Head of Programmes – Tamale
We are looking for a Head of Programmes.
The Head of Programmes will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programmatic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to empower youth and drive sustainable development. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in multi-donor project management, a deep understanding of the youth development context, and a proven track record in delivering impactful and scalable programs.
