Position : Head of Data AnalyticsPlayrix is the largest gaming company in Eastern Europe. We are one of the top 3 most successful mobile game publishers in the world. Our projects — the Scapes™ series, Manor Matters, Fishdom, and Township — are played by over 100 million people every month.

Playrix is looking for a talented Head of Marketing Analytics who can strengthen our team. You will take part in the development of global hits by completing complex analytical tasks.

This role requires relocation , or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).


  • Development of the company’s marketing analytics strategy;
  • Managing the development and implementation of analytical products to evaluate, predict, and improve the effectiveness of user engagement strategies in our mobile games;
  • Formation of hypotheses, development of research methodology, formulation of analytical tasks, mentoring;
  • Participation in or management of the most complex business research tasks;
  • Coordination and communication with stakeholders, organization of interaction with related departments;
  • Development of the team and individual employees, processes, services, tools, and infrastructure, implementation of best practices of data analysis, and development of analytical products;
  • Direct participation in attracting users, as well as constant work on improving marketing processes, teams, and systems.

  • Passion for analyzing complex problems and a desire to get to the bottom of things;
  • Experience managing the development and implementation of analytical solutions;
  • At least 3 years of team management experience in data analysis or data science ;
  • Excellent mathematical background: knowledge of probability theory, applied statistics, and machine learning at a technical university level;
  • Experience in data analysis and product or marketing analytics in one of the following areas: user engagement, online games, mobile services, web services, e-commerce, retail, telecommunications, or finance;
  • At least 3 years of experience with Python and SQL;
  • Experience working with BI, preferably Tableau;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as the ability to handle conversations on business;
  • Excellent learning ability and the desire and ability to quickly delve into business problems, understand new subject areas, and acquire new technical skills;
  • Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to take responsibility for results.
  • Fluency in Russian and proficiency in written English.
