Position : Head of Business Development – Accra
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, drive new revenue opportunities, and build strong partnerships across key markets. This leadership role requires a visionary professional who can align business development strategies with long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve growth targets and strategic goals
- Develop and execute business development strategies and expansion plans
- Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures
- Work closely with the executive team to shape the company’s market positioning and value proposition
- Track and analyze KPIs, business metrics, and market trends to inform decision-making
- Represent the company at high-level meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales and business development processes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
