As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant , we expect you to be

• Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work
• Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, i.e. either technical or within a functional area
• Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
• Guide other consultants within project team
• Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
• Additional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members etc. is a plus

• Excellent oral and written communications skills – fully fluent English and Spanish/French
• Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environment
• Certified in Workday HCM
• Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)
• Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients
• Experience as ‘Lead’ with an implementation partner (preferred)
• Experience of confidently managing stakeholders
• Evidence of collaboration and contribution in your previous work environments
• Ideally, experience working on multiple concurrent work assignments
• Ideally, experience playing a key role in virtual teams
• Ability to act with integrity
• Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
