We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and hands-on Handyman / Maintenance Officer to support the maintenance, repair, and operational upkeep of facilities, equipment, and operational spaces.
The ideal candidate must be technically competent, dependable, solution-oriented, and capable of handling maintenance issues quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision. This role requires someone who is practical, responsive, physically fit, and able to maintain operational functionality at all times.
Responsibilities :
General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance and repair works across facilities and operational areas.
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, welding, tiling, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot equipment and facility issues promptly.
• Repair doors, locks, lighting fixtures, furniture, shelves, fittings, and operational equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance works are completed efficiently, safely, and professionally.

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and operational equipment.
• Identify and resolve potential faults before escalation.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and checks.

Operational Support

• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and operational breakdowns.
• Assist with equipment movement, installations, and operational setup support when required.
• Coordinate with external contractors and technicians where necessary.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with operational and safety standards.
• Properly handle maintenance tools, equipment, and repair materials.
• Report major repairs, replacements, or safety concerns to Management immediately.

Facility Upkeep

• Ensure facilities remain functional, safe, clean, and operationally efficient at all times.
• Assist in maintaining the physical condition and appearance of operational spaces and equipment.
