Global Services & Solutions Regional Coordinator At WTW


The Role



  • Deliver a cohesive and transparent multinational client experience to ensure that WTW service standards are consistently met for CRB multinational clients, and that correspondents collaborate as business partners to generate business opportunities in their region of operation
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for client service issues, placement requests and regulatory inquiries for multinational clients with operations in the region
  • Assist in book of business analysis and business development strategy in addition to GSS and regional work streams
  • Act a regional resource for colleagues engaged in servicing of existing multinational clients as well as those endeavoring to win new multinational business
  • Assist in the review of existing international practice guidelines, processes and protocols to optimize the functionality of the multinational practice GSS and realize the goals and directives of WTW Leadership
  • Support delivery of service plans, coordinate renewal efforts and data consolidation, and provide input for strategy meetings with clients, brokers and insurers,
  • Monitor and facilitate deliverables against KPI’s for both clients and insurers
  • Managing the coordination and distribution of network fees as well as instructions of group programs to broker network and local client operations (where required) including the overseeing of relevant documentation
  • Provide support in the communication of group risk purchasing philosophy to local brokers and local client companies including implementation and management of administration of fronting programs
  • Support in tender process for multinational prospects by providing GSS and country capabilities information and advisement to WTW colleagues working on RFP proposals for prospects with operations in the region

The Requirements

  • University degree with relevant course work and/or applicable professional experience
  • Preferably 2 years experience in insurance
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients and maintaining effective relationships with the same
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with colleagues throughout the group including senior leaders
  • Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources to produce solutions for clients and the business
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work with ambiguity and imperfect information
