ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and processes and maintain the operations of the plant and production. He/ she will foster growth, profitability, and a harmonious company culture, optimization and increase plant efficiency as well as perform the following duties:

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives
• Attain company milestones by ensuring operational, financial, and overall performance excellence
• Lead, inspire, and mentor diverse teams, embedding a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Update the company with industry trends, advancements, and best practices
• Supervise the financial facets of the company, encompassing budgeting, financial forecasting, and detailed reporting
• Uphold compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices at all times.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Mentor team members in achieving various tasks and assignments
• Coordinate and communicate with other managers to leverage resources and discuss solutions to matters of significance

Required profile for job ad : General ManagerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, or its equivalent
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience with 5 years in managerial or leadership roles
• Experienced expatriate from the Philippines, India, or China is preferred

REQUIREMENTS

• Should have good working understanding of hydraulics
• Demonstrable experience in finance, encompassing budgetary processes, financial forecasting, and reporting
• Must be willing to relocate and have a commitment to a 2-year contract, with potential renewal based on performance
• Outstanding interpersonal, communicative, and negotiation skills
• Robust problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Must be people-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrate the ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
