Position : Fleet Manager – Adenta/madina
We are seeking a competent, results-driven Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle and motorbike fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal fleet utilization, driver compliance, timely revenue collection, preventive maintenance, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations and driver activities.
- Monitor vehicle performance using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of driver payments.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Enforce driver contracts, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Manage fleet documentation, insurance, and accident reporting.
- Prepare operational, financial, and fleet performance reports.
- Minimize vehicle downtime, operational losses, and maintenance costs.

Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, vehicle leasing, or work-and-pay operations is highly desirable. The candidate must demonstrate integrity, financial accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
