As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting.
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the business cycle – Annual plan, rolling cycle plan/budget/forecast of the designated business unit(s) of the organisation.
- Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications.
- Communicating high level concepts to senior leadership. Frequent use of coaching and influence of peers and junior team members.
- Understanding the business operational and financial data flow and rules, conduct financial closing and managing accounting reports.
- Handling complex professional work in the department and developing new approaches.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s in the relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Have relevant experience in Finance for at least 4+ years.
- Have relevant experiences in FP&A Operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle application is an added advantage.
- Background in Audit is an added advantage.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
