Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Review general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury activities.
• Develop strategies to optimize working capital and financial resources.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Promote professional development and continuous improvement.

Business Partnership
