Position : Finance Manager – Accra
We are looking for Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Budgeting
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor performance against budget and adjust forecasts based on business changes.
Cash flow and treasury management
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial liquidity.
- Ensure effective use of funds to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Cost control and profitability management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources across production, procurement, and other departments.
- Analyze profit margins and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Internal controls and compliance
- Ensure strong internal controls are in place to protect company assets.
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Strategic financial guidance
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the long-term financial planning and business development strategies
Team
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment
- Ensure that the team meets deadlines and produces accurate financial data.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong project management skills, showcasing extensive experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
