We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our organization. This role involves overseeing comprehensive financial management, including accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, cash-flow control, and internal financial controls. The position requires working in a dynamic environment where strategic financial guidance and regulatory compliance are essential.
Missions:

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support organizational growth and stability.
• Manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare precise and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to inform management decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenditures, and overall financial performance to optimize resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls and risk management systems to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial results, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings and compliance with statutory, tax, and organizational standards.
• Manage relationships with banking institutions, auditors, tax authorities, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders to foster operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the finance team through coaching, performance evaluation, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Support strategic business initiatives through financial analysis, costing, and investment appraisals to enhance profitability and efficiency.
