A reputable company in Accra is looking for Field Sales Executives to join it’s teams in Baatsona, Weija, and Koforidua. The job holder is responsible for carrying out assigned customer visits within assigned territorial boundaries to take sales orders and maintaining customer relationship, and to recruit new customers to the organization from within the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities

• Meet daily customer call schedule and generate daily call report.
• Prepare monthly call plan and submit before start of new month.
• Meet assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Generate daily call execution reports, with details of call activities.
• Generate weekly summary sales and activity report for review meetings.
• Marketing of the company’s brands to assigned customers within territory.
• Work closely with assigned Branch manager and team to meet the Branch’s sales targets and growth objectives.
• Maintain healthy business rapport with customers within assigned territory to drive sales and customer retention.
• Continuously recruit new customers within assigned territory.
• Ensure newly recruited customers have accounts created to facilitate sales orders.
• Adhere to all customer account credit limits and credit days in order generation.
• Maintain and update customer database of assigned territory.
• Maintain healthy collaboration with Branch team members and other notable stakeholders to optimize performance.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
