Position : Field Network Technician – Accra
We are looking for a Field Network Technician.
Responsibilities :
- Survey, Install and Setup Wi-Fi connection for customers of the company.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues of customers of the company.
- Submit Field Technical Report on jobs daily.
- Respond promptly to reports forwarded from call centre operations.
- Any other duties that are deemed fit.
Required profile for job ad : Field Network Technician – Accra
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive reliably.
- Proven experience in networking and IT support (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance).
- Good understanding of network protocols, hardware, and cabling.
- Ability to work independently and on-site in different locations.
- Reside within Abokobi or nearby areas for timely response.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the service area.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Linux environments).
