Position : Engineering Trainee – Accra
We are looking for an Engineering Trainee.
The Engineering Trainee will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of photocopiers, printers, and multifunctional devices, as well as support the deployment and configuration of print management software. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to service operations, diagnostics, and customer support within a professional technical environment.

- Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing photocopiers, printers, and MFPs (Multifunctional Printers)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and support preventive servicing schedules
- Support the installation and configuration of print management software (e.g., MYQ, PaperCut, etc.)
- Learn and apply technical knowledge related to print device networking and system integration
- Assist in handling customer service requests and maintaining service logs/documentation
- Participate in on-site and off-site service calls under supervision
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in proper condition
